SHIPPING & RETURN

This Shipping & Return Policy is for the use the theStahyl (the “Service”) provided by Metrobiz Pte Ltd (“Metrobiz”) and is used in conjunction with the Service Terms of Use.

Shipping Processing Time

1. All orders will begin to process within 3 working days; excluding weekends and holidays. 

2. We may contact you to confirm your customized measurement; as such, kindly ensure your correspondence email is correct. 

3. Manufacturing process will commence once your measurement is confirmed.

4. Shipment process will begin after production and quality check of your order.

5. If we are experiencing high volume, your order may be delayed by a few days.

6. If there is significant delay, we shall contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

1. Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. We shall dispatch your order via reputed international courier service provider.

3. Upon dispatch, shipment transit time is solely managed by the courier service provider.

4. All local tax, including import duties, due at destination at time of delivery is at your sole responsibility.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchased order upon receiving, kindly contact us at thestahyl@gmail.com immediately. 

1. If the received item is significantly different from your confirmed measurement, you have 14 calendar days to return the item for a 100% refund. 

2. If the received item has minor difference from your confirmed measurement, you may return for alteration where there will be no alteration charges. 

3. You will be responsible for your shipping fees for returning your item.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, 

1. your item must be unused; and 

2. in the same condition that you receive it; and

3. returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item.

We will inspect your return item once we receive; if your return is approved for refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card which you originated the payment.

Metrobiz may update this Shipping & Return Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Shipping & Return Policy periodically for any changes and updates.
